"In order to get the part right the first time, before the production, FMEA, Amdec and similar techniques are used to ascertain a method for production of zero defect. SPC and periodical tests are used to maintain the quality levels during the production. For safety parts, a 100% magnetic particle test as well as hardness tests are performed. Our quality assurance system is continuously audited by our customers such as Ford, Fiat, Renault, Volkswagen, ZF-Lemförder etc. We have been certified to conform to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 16949:2002 by BVQI and are certified manufacturer according to AD-W0/TRD 100 required for high pressure boilers.
